RABAT, Sept. 19 (Xinhua) -- The Moroccan Secretary of State in charge of Foreign Trade Rkia Derham on Wednesday discussed here with a British parliamentary delegation ways of developing trade ties between the two countries after Brexit.
Speaking to the press after her talks with the British delegation, Derham said the meeting was an opportunity to tackle the transition of relations between Morocco and Britain after Brexit and the prospects for cooperation and partnerships between the two countries.
She stressed that Morocco is "very aware" of its strategic partnership with Britain within the European Union (EU) and aims to keep strong trade ties with Britain after Brexit.
