Photo taken on Dec. 6, 2018 shows oil lamps offered by people on the Bagmati River to mark the Bala Chaturdashi Festival in Kathmandu, Nepal. Bala Chaturdashi is the 14th day after the full moon and falls every year in late November or early December. The day is marked in honor of the deceased members of the family where devotees scatter seven different kinds of seeds.
