One World Trade Center (One WTC), with its top and bottom illuminated in red, is seen in New York, the United States, Feb. 3, 2019. One WTC, the main building of the rebuilt World Trade Center complex in Lower Manhattan, was lit up Sunday night for celebrating the upcoming Chinese New Year for the first time. Since dusk, the spire on top of the 94-floor building started to shine mainly in alternating colors of red and yellow. Meanwhile, large blocks of red and yellow in size of several floors occupied the sides of the lower body of the skyscraper.
