BEIJING, April 3 (Xinhua) -- China will nurture leading enterprises that work with vocational schools and higher educational institutions in boosting human capital and employment.
Enterprises can apply for such qualification, especially those in sectors like modern agriculture, smart manufacturing, high-end equipment and old-age care, according to a guideline issued Wednesday by the country's education ministry and top economic planner.
Those which serve major national strategies, have strong demand for technical professionals, invest heavily in human capital and live up to their corporate social responsibilities will enjoy support during the evaluation, the guideline said.
The government will offer a support package including financial, fiscal, land and credit preferential policies to qualified firms.
Deepening the integration of business and education is highlighted on China's reform agenda, as the strategy will improve both education and business operation efficiency, lending steam to the country's high-quality development.
