BEIRUT, May 5 (Xinhua) -- Lebanon launched on Saturday the hop-on-hop-off bus services in the capital Beirut to enable tourists to learn more about the city and its touristic attractions, LBCI Local TV Channel reported Sunday.
Tourists will be able to take a 90-minute tour using the bus to see 15 touristic sites in Beirut including Raouche Rocks, the National Museum and other attractions.
Tourists using the bus can also listen to explanations about each tourist site in different languages.
Lebanese Tourism Minister Avedis Guidanian said the initiative will encourage the government to adopt a unified public transport system in Lebanon similar to other countries in the world.
