TEKES, Aug. 16, 2019 (Xinhua) -- Located in remote mountains, Qiongkushitai Village in Karadala Township, Tekes County of NW China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, has well preserved its traditional nomadic lifestyle and outstanding natural environment.
With beautiful scenery, unique wooden buildings and villagers' ethnic customs, the village has gained great popularity in tourism market. In recent years, local authorities have improved infrastructures and management in the area, and the booming development of tourism effectively helped increase villagers' income.
